Tenders
We have drafted and finalised tenders for clients who need
to follow OJEC public procurement processes for network services.
This includes requirements gathering, setting terms and conditions
and developing evaluation criteria. We then evaluate the submitted
proposals and make recommendations to management.
Contract Advice
Contract negotiations are a reality when doing business with
network suppliers. Negotiating a suitable contract requires
a detailed knowledge of contract law, Irish telecommunications
regulations and sound business practice. We have extensive
experience in these negotiations.
Service Level Agreements
An SLA with each supplier is essential. We have drafted SLAs
to suit our client's requirements and negotiated final SLAs
with the suppliers to provide services at levels agreeable
to our clients.
Operational Reviews
Regular reviews of cost and performance. Tuning the network
after it settles down to make best use of the client's investment.
Billing Analysis
Assessing monthly call charges, line rentals and management
fees to confirm accuracy against published tariffs, to obtain
the best applicable discounts, to select better tariffs where
available.
